NEXT LEVEL-UP

Third Grading Period... another adventure of learning. In our ICT IV, we're going deeper and deeper in the world of Internet. Another exercises that add my knowledge and idea about what computer can does. In our exercise 6 and exercise 7, I really got interest because it is my first time to meet body color and body background. These exercises made our previous exercise 1 more pleasing to the eyes. I have enjoy adding beauty to my exercise 1 and searching compatible background for so it will become more presentable.
Although it is my first time to meet these kinds of exercise, I never hard-up to accomplish it because instructions are easily understood and executed, and easy to be done because it only requires short span of time to finish it. I only encounter problem in choosing body background because some are very dark and the text will not be very clear to read so I must choose the best picture to fit in my exercise 7.
I addressed this problem by having common sense if the picture will really make the text readable. I choose the picture with moderate light color so the text will be easily read.
Moving on... I will be more knowledgeable and have more ideas about computer by being patient in facing problems of mine regarding our exercises. I will be more industrious to accomplish it and do it with determination and perseverance.

JOY TRIP!!!

October 27-November2, 2008, our semestral break, are days to remember because they left so many good experiences. It is a time for a student like me to relax, free from school works, projects, assignments, tests, etc..It is a day for a family reunion and family bonding.

I spent so many times with my whole family especially to my most favorite member of the family, my eldest brother. I enjoy spending time with him because he is so very talkative and you really have fun time when he is with you. Often, we escaped from house to go at farm running after butterflies and dragonflies. Sometimes, we even escaped our cooking tools and made some recipes out of flowers and plants surrounding us.

I will not forget these days especially the day of November 1, 2008 because I able to see again my cousins, my uncles, my aunts, my grandmother that I not able to meet for a long time during our visit to the cemetery. We offered flowers and candles to the tomb of our beloved love ones. There was also a small salu-salo among us. I able to see also my other classmates during my elementary life and talked some things.

I also enjoy my vacation in helping my parents in our livelihood. I help in harvesting rice during dawn, enjoy smelling the air breeze and looking the stars above. I able to help in taking care of our poultry, running after them.

Honestly, I really enjoy my vacation and hope that I will experience it again next time.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!

HTML is a new learning to me. Its my first time to encounter this so I consider it a treasure in my fourth year life because I discover that it will give me benefits in my studies and I can use it in the future. Its my first time to met so many different tags and their uses. I learn the most essential Web standards, different HTML editors, I learn to create my HTML file and so much others.
Because its my first time, I commit some mistakes in doing my activity that makes up my problems. Sometimes I forgot where I am going to find my files. Sometimes I forgot to save the changes I have done if I have mistake to be corrected.
I addressed it by asking my classmate if they know what is the right one to be done. If not, I approach my teacher, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz. I can say that she is so much approachable and patient in giving me the right instructions. I don't lose hope until there is still a chance.
Moving on I will learn more about ICT IV and someday I will have more knowledge about computer applications. I will be more patient in facing these challenges I met and be more attentive in our lectures.

THE MOST CHALLENGING EXAMS

August 27,2008 was very significant day because it was the day for NCAE or National Career Assessment Examination which was taken by all fourth year students nationwide. This was given to all coming graduates of secondary level so that they will come to know what career they are best suited for or which career the students are efficient. I made to discover that it is very important to be fully prepared during these kinds of examination, NCAE and Periodical Test, so that I will be relax during the actual test. As a result on our periodoical Test, I able to get high scores of all the test I had taken.
I can say that the two examinations were successfully held but we can't avoid problems and challenges that we might encounter along our way. Periodical Test is a test under time pressure so I must do my best to answer all questions rightly at the right span of time but I admit that I didn't make it with some of my subjects. During our NCAE, I didn't have a problem with respect of my environment because it is very peaceful and all are calm. But inside our examinee's room , they were problems arise. Likewise, some of the examinee's answer sheets had unfortunately exchanged breaking the rule that it must be properly simultaneously arrange by numbers. And I able to observe also that some of us were not serious in taking the test making me to challenge myself not to immitate them.
I adddressed these challenges and problems by believing my strength and I will able to make it up top the end. And I'm very thankful that our examiner was very approachable and very patient in guiding us with our problems.
Moving on I will do much better next Periodical Test for a better results. I believe I can adjust myself with regard to these challenges/problems because I already met these kinds of trials and I able to address for the first time I face these. I

MY MATH SUBJECT

I have learned many new learnings in our Mathematics IV. I have discovered that Mathematics has many branches likewise Trigonometry which is the focus of our lesson today that we are already in fourth year. I have learned the different forms on how to write a linear function, its properties and how to graph this function. We've recall also the basic learnings about Mathematics such as about x and y-intercept and our teacher helps us to widen and add our knowledge about those. I've learned different formulas governing different functions: identity, constant, square, cube and greatest-integer function. Everyday, we learned many lessons about Mathematics because our teacher is a knowledgeable and great teacher.

Sometimes I failed to understand the lesson because sometimes I do not have the mood to listen cause of not feeling well. Sometimes it also cause by the destruction of my classmates and I sometimes have a noisy envionment so I failed to concentrate.

I very much appreciate our Mathematics teacher because she is so much approachable and so patient in letting us to understand the lessson. Every steps has an explanation. Ma'am Parel also try to enhance more our knowledge. I've also believe to myself that I will not learn if I will not help myself so I learned to have faith on myself that I can make it.

Moving on I will learned so much things about Mathematics. I will learned to love it and understand it. And someday, somehow I will soon be as knowledgeable as ourMath teacher- Ma'am Josephine Parel.

MY NEW LEARNINGS

In our ICT IV, I learned to trace the history of internet. The development of it until the present generation.I able to discover who were those people who first invented and ued the internet. I have learned the different term used at the early times, where the nameInternet derived from. For the first time, I have learned to create my own e-mail address and my first blog. I able to know the people behind this useful application- the Internet.

Because it my first time to create my own e-mail address and my first blog, I find difficulties. The terms in the direction seen in the computer are very broad and hard to understand. It is my first time to encounter those terms so it is hard for me to follow it. Sometimes the memory of the computer adds problems to me because it sometimes do not work. It loses its function making me to repeat the activity all over again.

It makes it easier for me to accomplish those activities because our teacher shorten the directions and makes it easier to understand. I make believe also to myself that I can do it even it is my first time. I know that every beginning is hard but if you do your best, you'll find, it will be gone easier and easier. The only difficult is the first step, but if you start it, you'll realize it so easy to do it.

Moving on I will do my best to learn more about ICT IV. I can do it through the help of my classmates especially our teacher.
